Deposits and final payment:

We require a minimum deposit of NZD 1000 per person at the time of booking. Final payment is required no later than 2 months prior to tour date. Full payment can be done at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Method of Payment:

Cheque, cash or direct payment. Please call or email for further details.

Cancelled bookings will incur charges in the following manner:

  • For cancellations received 75 days prior to travel, all money received will be refunded, less the reservation deposit of NZD 1000. Any refunds will be returned on the same account and to the same person(s).
  • In the event of cancellation once air ticket is booked, Come to Holy Land is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferrable air tickets or other uncoverable travel costs. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE REST OF THE REFUND TO YOU UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE FUNDS FROM OUR SUPPLIER. Any refunds will be returned on the same account and to the same person(s).
  • If unforeseen circumstances require a change in itinerary, Come to Holy Land will make every effort to ensure alternative accommodations and/or activities are of the same high quality is arranged. In the case where the tour has to be truncated for any reason, Come to Holy Land will refund the portion of the tour that was missed. The value of the refund will be calculated based on the number of days missed.
  • Come to Holy Land reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time for any reason, including if Come to Holy Land believes the quality of the trip or the safety of its guests would be compromised. In this instance, all payments received will be refunded 75 days before the scheduled departure of the tour. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances that might affect your trip.
